2006-01-29 [Panda-monium]: Maybe not a majority but a good 45% and then if he is against it, they may be afraid he is against all minority rights, he may lose a lot of the women vote and ethnic vote, which he usually doesn't get anyways.

2006-01-29 [Panda-monium]: I am curious to see how long the minority will last. Besides if he does put the gay marriage bill up for a vote it will definitely fail with the minority government, unless the Bloc Quebecois vote with them, and they rarely vote with anyone.

2006-01-29 [Panda-monium]: I don't really like them because they are extremely arrogant and think if you speak french and live in Quebec your somehow better than the rest of us and it really bothers me. Yes Quebec has a rich heritage that should be protected, but why should they get more money than the rest of the provinces? Why should they get more rights? Are they more human?
